Stock-market » CFD Trading 95% Lose - How To Win

Everybody starts out in CFD Trading wanting to make money but a whopping 95% of Traders lose, which leaves 5% winners. So what is it that the 5% of CFD Traders are doing to make them win in CFD Trading. What are the mistakes that the 95% of people are making, and how can you avoid them!

One of the major reasons that so many people lose when it comes to CFD trading is that they believe they have a sure fire winning CFD trading system or CFD robot that is going to make them rich. The first thing to take from this is that making money from CFD Trading is not easy, and it does take some skill.

Think about this for minute if it was so easy to win, everybody would be CFD Trading and if a Robot was so successful would you in fact sell that robot? Probably not! More often than not people that develop these CFD Robots sell them and this is how they generate their income and not from CFD FX REPORT. So be very careful when it comes to buying a CFD Robot especially off the back of all the claims they make.

The second group just don't understand the unique skills you need to win and they have the following misconceptions:

If they work hard they will win but effort counts for nothing in CFD trading, just being right does and this means you have to work smart - not hard.

Some people believe that they need to have a highly complicated trading system to be successful, however the opposite is more likely, the less complicated the better.

Another portion of this group, believes the myths that can be found all on internet which include:

- Scalping and day trading is a way to make massive money

- You can predict CFD markets in advance

- Buy low sell high is a great way to make money

- CFD markets move to science and a mathematical theory

There are many more and the above are just a few myths.

This group wants to put in effort but they do so in the wrong areas and lose, because they simply get the wrong CFD education.

How to be successful

To learn to trade CFD is easy anyone can learn a logical robust system that can make gains but that is not all you need for success - you need the right mindset to apply it and this means trading with discipline. It is not just matter following these systems.

Discipline is the key to success and you have to understand that you will have losing streaks, so you must stick to your rules and trading plans.

Discipline comes from the right CFD education and having confidence in your trading plan. For further educational information feel free to visit the CFD FX REPORT, as they have a lot of educational information and can help you find the best CFD Broker.

To be a successful CFD Trader you don't have to just work hard, work smarter, use simple systems and have discipline.

Progressive Trading

Progressive Trading in its purest form, is defined as the purchase of securities on one market for immediate resale on another market in order to profit from a price discrepancy.

This results in immediate risk-free profit. For example, if a security's price on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) is trading out of sync with its corresponding futures contract on Chicago's Stock Exchange, a trader could simultaneously sell (short) the more expensive of the two and buy the other, thus profiting on the difference. Progressive Trading uses a banking technique known as “Risk Limitation Technology” or more commonly known as RLT. [1]

Progressive Trading has been designed to be used on an array of Financial Markets, namely The Foreign Exchange Market or better known as “Forex”, and while trading between International Stock Market Exchanges. Progressive Trading and RLT has also been used with great success when trading with multiple bookmakers on all possible outcomes of a sporting event. The advantage to this Market (bookmakers) over other Financial Markets is the fact that all revenue generated is tax exempt.

Online Currency Trading requires Patience

When the going gets tough, the tough get going. This adage often brings back the memories of my past days when I was trading initially in the currency exchange market. Indeed, there's nothing more hurtful than losing your invested money in the FX market. But, online currency trading is like life where you're got to learn from your wrong moves and keep moving on. Learning the basic skills of online forex trading could be easy but, practically, one needs to acquire the advanced skills to play safe through thick and thin of FX trading.

I have traded in forex for many years and, if you count on me, I must tell you that the secret of successful trading lies largely on the hunch and intuition of an trader. Technically expressed, you should have the accurate forex alerts and forex signals to be able to make the right moves in the currency market. However, this is easier said than done as the skills of the Currency Trading Signal takes a long time to master. This is why while a few people are able to boost their forex pips in a short span of time, the others take a long time to achieve the same or maybe, some of them get frustrated and just give it up! The reality is that not many people are ready to be entirely devoted to the perilous process of online forex trading.

Having said this, I still wonder why some people choose to be a dare-devil and risk their money instead of simply following an established and renowned Account Forex Online Trading. I began trading in 1997 and there is one important thing I have learnt in my trading career so far, i.e., you have to got to be patient to learn the tricks of making right moves at the right times and profit from your trading.

Since I have led quite a successful career in forex trading, I have been sharing the tips and tricks of online currency trading with many traders around the world through my G7 Forex Trading System which as you know has remained pretty successful for many traders so far. My G7 Forex Trading System is an easy-to-follow, step-by-step trading manual offering in-depth online forex trading review.

If you visit my site (www.forex-science.com) you will find many of my existing customers are pretty satisfied with the performance of their investments and in fact, most of them have been able to increase their forex pips drastically. You would be surprised to know quite a few of them haven't traded for a long time! Now, this is what we call success in the forex trading, eh?

About the Author

James was born in London, UK in 1966. He completed undergraduate studies in Mathematics and Biochemistry at the University of Port Elizabeth. James began trading the Forex markets in 1997.

Trading characteristics

There is no unified or centrally cleared market for the majority of FX trades, and there is very little cross-border regulation. Due to the over-the-counter (OTC) nature of currency markets, there are rather a number of interconnected marketplaces, where different currencies instruments are traded. This implies that there is not a single exchange rate but rather a number of different rates (prices), depending on what bank or market maker is trading, and where it is. In practice the rates are often very close, otherwise they could be exploited by arbitrageursinstantaneously. Due to London's dominance in the market, a particular currency's quoted price is usually the London market price. A joint venture of theChicago Mercantile Exchange and Reuters, called Fxmarketspace opened in 2007 and aspired but failed to the role of a central market clearing mechanism.

The main trading center is London, but New York, Tokyo, Hong Kong andSingapore are all important centers as well. Banks throughout the world participate. Currency trading happens continuously throughout the day; as the Asian trading session ends, the European session begins, followed by the North American session and then back to the Asian session, excluding weekends.

Fluctuations in exchange rates are usually caused by actual monetary flows as well as by expectations of changes in monetary flows caused by changes ingross domestic product (GDP) growth, inflation (purchasing power parity theory), interest rates (interest rate parity, Domestic Fisher effect, International Fisher effect), budget and trade deficits or surpluses, large cross-border M&A deals and other macroeconomic conditions. Major news is released publicly, often on scheduled dates, so many people have access to the same news at the same time. However, the large banks have an important advantage; they can see their customers' order flow.

Currencies are traded against one another. Each pair of currencies thus constitutes an individual product and is traditionally noted XXX/YYY, where YYY is the ISO 4217 international three-letter code of the currency into which the price of one unit of XXX is expressed (called base currency). For instance, EUR/USD is the price of the euro expressed in US dollars, as in 1 euro = 1.5465 dollar. Out of convention, the first currency in the pair, the base currency, was the stronger currency at the creation of the pair. The second currency, counter currency, was the weaker currency at the creation of the pair.

The factors affecting XXX will affect both XXX/YYY and XXX/ZZZ. This causes positive currency correlation between XXX/YYY and XXX/ZZZ.

On the spot market, according to the BIS study, the most heavily traded products were:

  • EUR/USD: 27%
  • USD/JPY: 13%
  • GBP/USD (also called sterling or cable): 12%

and the US currency was involved in 86.3% of transactions, followed by the euro (37.0%), the yen (16.5%), and sterling (15.0%) (see table). Note that volume percentages should add up to 200%: 100% for all the sellers and 100% for all the buyers.

Trading in the euro has grown considerably since the currency's creation in January 1999, and how long the foreign exchange market will remain dollar-centered is open to debate. Until recently, trading the euro versus a non-European currency ZZZ would have usually involved two trades: EUR/USD and USD/ZZZ. The exception to this is EUR/JPY, which is an established traded currency pair in the interbank spot market. As the dollar's value has eroded during 2008, interest in using the euro as reference currency for prices in commodities (such as oil), as well as a larger component of foreign reserves by banks, has increased dramatically. Transactions in the currencies of commodity-producing countries, such as AUD, NZD, CAD, have also increased.

Enterprises of Forex Trading..

A new marketing course to hit the internet by Nick Marks that advertises earnings of $1000 a day and $30,000 a month respectively. This turnkey system generating multiple streams of income is relatively new and so it is my pleasure to review it for you. After purchasing you are given a login page where you are introduced to the system which is in website format. Everything is easy to access and well organized. After Nick gives you a little pep talk about positive thinking and goal setting, you will be introduced to his first recommendation: join Coastal Vacations. While not a part of his main Forex system this is a recommendation I could've done without. In the pay per click section you are given a large list of keywords that Nick found convert really well with his system. Some of the keywords in the list have bid prices already attached to them so you can get front page exposure. The course also has $50 in free adwords credit that unfortunately only works with new accounts so I was out of luck. If you don't already have an account this is worth the price of the course alone. The forex course shows you some inexpensive traffic methods and provides links to these sources. He also covers stuff like pop-over ads, e-mail lists and autoresponders. Not bad information by any means, and is an alternative to pay per click advertising if you have a smaller budget. He has an ebook package that seemed like it was going to be really cool as there were dozens of bonus ebooks and software programs covering everything from creating ebooks and website templates, to getting top positions in the major search engines. As I took a closer look at this package I realized there were some bargain bin informational products included. However, there were also alot of goodies in there as well that I found rather useful. You get so many ebooks and software in here that it really is worth far more than the price of the course. There is a section on becoming an Ebay power seller in 90 days that goes into a fair amount of detail and wasn't bad. However, Ebay isn't something I have ever been particularly interested in doing. There is also a section on baccarat strategies that I had no interest in.One of the last sections of his course introduces you to e-currency exchanging using the DXINONE system. It is a great way to acquaint yourself with this increasingly popular opportunity without having to buy standalone e-currency courses which can cost a couple hundred dollars. The author has combined several effective ways to earn money online and rolled them all into one course. While I didn't jump up and down about all of his strategies, the free ebooks, software, and adwords credit make Forex Enterprise worth the money.

FOREX TRADING PROGRAME

There are Forex training programs that can get you quickly up to speed making money. The down side to these classes is that they will not teach you much more about the FX markets than the one technique they use to churn out the profits. Where as, there are comprehensive currency courses you can enroll in that instruct everything from the most essential fundamentals to the most sophisticated concepts.
So, which one is the best way to tackle the markets and start generating positive income? If it were me, I would take the short term approach and learn a few easy ways to make profits. These classes are designed to uncomplicated to learn, trouble-free to trade with and most importantly of all they will have you making money a few weeks after you starting studying the material.
My favorite course in this category are Forex Trading Made E Z and 10 Minute Forex Wealth Builder. There is another class that is the trend trading specialist called Hector Trader. But, it will take you more time to start making money with, since it is more complicated to learn and the videos are much more intensive, requiring multiple views while taking notes.
That's what I would do first, master the three different trading methods instructed in those programs which would provide you a very diversified investment portfolio that would almost assuredly guarantee you a profit each and every month. Next, I would take a class that would teach me everything there was about the markets, so I would now know the reasons why I am doing some of the things taught in the other classes.

Forex Technology...

Everyone forcefulness of expression to indicate the importance of PipZu is safer, reduced risk Forex Trading. But how can this be?Quite simply, PipZu is designed to buying and selling deffrently from other users.PipZu has less losing as some forex Robot have a drawdown of 40% 40%that means they can lose 40% of your money before the starting making profitsThats risky.............PipZu has a maximum drawdown of 11% it will lose only 11% it like to see very big but in the trade market this amount is very less belive me.PipZu is here. In a time where an increasing number of people are turning to Forex Trading as a way to invest their money, there was always a risk that people could dive in and lose money. PipZu is safer Forex Trading - PipZu is the perfect forex robot for anyone who is looking to start their journey in Forex Trading. What Makes PipZu Different From All Those Other Robots?1..PipZu is Suited For Both Small And Big Investors. Whether you are starting with a small amount of money or a large sum, PipZu can work for you. 2..PipZu Is Conservative. One of the biggest risks with Forex Robots is that you get a piece of software that effectively gambles your money. PipZu doesn't gamble your money. It sits and waits until it is certain that a profit can be made, and only trades then. Normally PipZu will only trade once or twice a week … but don't turn away, because that's still often enough to make you a decent profit. 3..Lowest Risk Expert Advisor. PipZu's once or twice a week trading pattern makes it the lowest risk Forex Robot to date. There will always be times where you lose money in trades - that's a fact of life in Forex Trading - however PipZu has the smallest losses of any Expert Advisor, and the quickest turnaround to making profit again. This makes PipZu the lowest risk Forex Robot. I would recommend PipZu Trend Adapting Technology.......Less losing tradeMinimum RiskSo mush saferAnalysis the best way of tradePipZu safe tredingPipZu times the market - No more buy, hold, wait, lose. PipZu buys when it's best to buy, sells when its best to sell.PipZu is a Forex Robot, but it's a Forex Robot with a difference. It trades on the EUR/USD currency pair and is designed with risk minimisation in mind.State Of The Art Trend Adapting Technology: If you have used an expert advisor before, you probably know that it only seems to be profitable when the market is on a constant upward or downward trend. Unless the market follows that specific expert advisors strategy(which we all know will never happen for a long period of time) then you will start to see losing trades. There's no if and's or but's about it!This is where Pipzu's state of the art trend adapting technology comes in. It has it's core strategy it follows, but when the market changes, Pipzu analyzes the data, and alters the trading strategy in order to profit in the new market condition. This is one of the main reasons Pipzu only trades 1-2 times per week, so it can make the absolute safest trades possible. Another very important ground-breaking feature Pipzu's backed by is it's...Next Generation Market Timing Algorithm: There is no random buy and hold trades here! Every trade Pipzu makes is highly calculated over days worth of data. Our Market timing algorithm was by far the feature we invested the most time, money and research into perfecting. Market timing is one, if not the most important part of forex trading. So we strived to be the first to release an expert advisor, that actually has a brain in a sense, and trades only at the right time, not any time! The Lowest Risk Expert Advisor To Date: Pipzu has some of the lowest drawdown percentages in the history of expert advisors(just look at our reports). Drawdown represents the total percentage loss experienced by a strategy before it starts winning again ... and drives the investment balance back up. So with our extremely low drawdowns, state of the art trend adapting technology, next generation market timing algorithm, backed by a rock solid strategy, there is no way to lose! We failed at trying to make Pipzu fail. The old age buy and hold or martingale strategy most EA's use today are just too risky, yet 99% of them support it.Do You Want To Trade Forex More Safely, With Lower Risk?If you answered yes, then PipZu is the piece of software for you.I've been very impressed by PipZu, and I strongly recommend it to anyone even thinking of getting involved in Forex Trading.

RISK VS BENEFITS IN FOREX

The Foreign Exchange market, better known as the Forex market, is the largest financial market in the world, with a daily average turnover of well over US $1 trillion. Trading at Forex is done simultaneously, with one currency being bought and another being sold at the same time.
Forex trading is a sophisticated form of investing which can bring you immense wealth but not without risk. The world of forex is somewhat unstable however and there's no telling when currencies value will go up or down.
Most traders especially newbies are a bit reluctant to jump into the business. For newbies you have to educate yourself first before jumping into unknown territories. Learn the basic on what forex trading is all about. There are numerous sites available where you can get the right knowledge and information. People achieve success because they got the right knowledge and quality information and so should you.
There are certain aspects of the risk one has to look into. Even though the forex industry has cleaned up itself from forex scams and what not, still one should exercise caution when signing up a forex broker. As an individual forex trader, you depends solely on the broker to make a transaction in your trades, thus picking up the right broker is extremely crucial. One has also to be wary of the rate of exchange of foreign currencies, the interest rate involved, the country's stability in politics, economy to name a few and there is also the credit risk.
Risks in currency trading cannot be avoided. At the same time it provides us with lots of business opportunities and for those of us who are serious about forex trading should take advantage of this situation to their level best.
Even though they are risks involved in forex trading, the truth of the matter is there are more benefits and advantages to it.
Forex trading has one very big advantage in that one can profit from it regardless of whether the currency market is up or down. As long as you pick the right move there is always a profit to be made.
Currency trading can be conducted anywhere and anytime 24 hours a day and 5 1/2 days a week. This flexibility in time can give us opportunity to plan our currency investment so as to avoid or minimise the risk involved. Transactions can be conducted in real time especially with the advent of computer and the internet. Things can run automatically on its own.
With automation, we can have better options with regards to diversifying transactions. We can conduct multiple transactions in different time zones at once. Short term data can be analyzed rather quickly giving us time to predict the market in a shorter period of times.

FOREX TRADING FOR LIVING

Trading is an attractive business idea to many. Traders are lured to the idea of being their own boss, working from home, not having to "go to work" and of course, the lure of making big profits. Fortunately today, there are a vast number of trading coaches, training seminars, dvds, trading systems and more. The confusion for the new trader is "which course is the best one for me?" It is easy for a new trader to spend $5000 or $6000 on a trading seminar, and still not be able to use the information to make a profit. A trader needs to first decide what type of trading he or she wants to start with. For example, day trading, swing trading, forex, commodities trading, or options trading. It may be best to first learn about the types of trading online or at free seminars at your local stock exchange. For me, I have spent considerable money on courses finding the trading system that suited me. My advice to traders is to do your research and find out as much about trading as possible before deciding which course to buy and attend. Ask as many real traders as possible about their own experience so you gain insight. A prospective trader also needs to familiarise themselves with trading psychology, as this area plays a major role in the success of a trader. Trading needs to be treated like starting a small business, the only differnce is the convenience to learn to trade online today and trade part-time while you keep your current job. This gives the new trader the benefit to decide if trading is for you. Part-time trading also gives the new trader time to build experience and equity to allow them to leave their job full-time if they so desire. The other way to look at trading is as a part-time second income to cover extra expenses like holidays, a new car, help pay the mortgage etc. In summary, trading can be a profitable business full-time or part-time.

Success With Forex Trading.

If you are in Forex Trading or of planning to enter this one, you must be quite conscious qu' it can s' to prove risky and expensive business if you made d' error; to buy or to sell decisions. Many moneychangers thinks that the negotiation process is very simple, they can follow l' market evolution by taking note of teachwares and d' orientation of Net here and there or to use their own judgement and l' intuition. But that s' prove false most of the time, Forex Trading is more than simply l' d' purchase; a currency when the price is low and to sell them at high price when it is in request.Bad reading of the signal and the d' lack; experiment and greediness mainly the cause. To be a success moneychanger and d' to avoid any type of losses, it is necessary indeed to follow the currency of circulation and to read the signal. You must be thought of what is signal? C' is the most important component of Drills commercial, once you will have included/understood to read it correctly you can control without commercial effort. Therefore, basically a signal is a point where l' purchase or the sale is most lucrative. Many moneychangers purchase to buy and to sell signals of brokers experienced in order to make the life much easier. It contributes certainly much, but then continuity d' purchase of these signals can become very expensive with the wire of time Thus, the best solution is less expensive d' to buy to sell to buy a software of prediction of signal. With Forex signal trades software, it n' is not necessary to devote a whole of much time each l' day; study of the tendencies and l' information and to try to include/understand when to buy or sell. You n' do not have to wait for the signal that never May to come. It is not there that some of the advantages of the trade Fore software signal. It is free to test the software and in the majority of the cases, you n' have qu' to pay for the software once.

Forex Trading: The Perfect Forex Trading System.

Trading the Forex market has become very popular in the last few years. But how difficult is it to achieve success in the Forex trading arena? Or let me rephrase this question, how many traders achieve consistent profitable results trading the Forex market? Unfortunately very few, only about 5% of traders achieve this goal. One of the main reasons of this is because Forex traders focus in the wrong information to make their trading decisions and totally forget about the most important factor: Price behavior.
Most Forex trading systems are made off technical indicators. But what are technical indicators? They are just a series of data points plotted in a chart; these points are derived from a mathematical formula applied to the price of any given currency pair. In other words, it is a chart of price plotted in a different way that helps us see other aspects of price.
There is an important implication on this definition of technical indicators. The fact that the readings obtained from them are based on price action. Take for instance a long MA crossover signal, the price has gone up enough to make the short period MA crossover the long period MA generating a long signal. Most traders see it as "the MA crossover made the price go up," but it happened the other way around, the MA crossover signal occurred because the price went up. Where I’m trying to get here is that at the end, price behavior dictates how an indicator will act, and this should be taken into consideration on any trading decision made.
Trading decisions based on technical indicators without taking price action into consideration will give us less accurate results. For example, again a long signal generated by a MA crossover as the market approaches an important resistance level. If the price suddenly starts to bounce back off that important level there is no point on taking this signal, price action is telling us the market doesn’t want to go up. Most of the time, under this circumstances, the market will continue to fall down, disregarding the MA crossover.
Don’t get me wrong here, technical indicators are a very important aspect of trading. They help us see certain conditions that are otherwise difficult to see by watching pure price action. But when it comes to pull the trigger, price action incorporation into our Forex trading system will definitely put the odds in our favor, it will generate higher probability trades.
So, how to create a perfect Forex trading system?
First of all, you need to make sure your trading system fits your trading personality; otherwise you will find it hard to follow it. Every trader has different needs and goals, thus there is no system that perfectly fits all traders. You need to make your own research on various trading styles and technical indicators until you find a concept that perfectly works for you. Make sure you know the nature of whatever technical indicator used.
Secondly, incorporate price action into your system. So you only take long signals if the price behavior tells you the market wants to go up, and short signals if the market gives you indication that it will go down.
Third, and most importantly, you need to have the discipline to follow your Forex trading system rigorously. Try it first on a demo account, then move on to a small account and finally when feeling comfortably and being consistent profitable apply your system in a regular account.

New Forex Software Makes Small Investors Millionaires

Highland Heights, OH, February 7th, 2006, Protraderforex-announces Conquest, a home PC

version of forex trading software that could double investor money every year. The concept

is if you start with just $200 then doubled it you would have $400. Do that 14 times and you

would have $3,276,800

Rich Henry, Vice President of Protraderforex says, "Now that 73 percent of homes in the USA

have computers we need to put them to work. Not playing video games, but making people

money. For the first time, anyone that knows how to use a home computer can profit directly

from it."

Everyday more than 2 trillion dollars are traded in the currency market better known as

forex (foreign exchange) as compared to just 50 billion for the stock market. The problem is

that 95 percent of people lose 100 percent of their initial investment money trying. The 5

percent that do make money are staggeringly rich. Now it is possible for anyone with a home

computer to be one of the lucky 5 percent.

A typical small investor has limited funds available for trading. So they look to leverage

their money in high-risk instruments like penny stocks. Buy for 1 penny and hope it goes to

a dollar. This rarely ever happens. However, trading on the forex market gives the small

investor just as much if not more leverage, which he can use to his advantage.

The forex market gives the investor the chance to double his money continuously. This is

possible by the amount of leverage available. A typical forex account has 1:100 leverage.

Some have 1:200 and higher. This means that for every dollar invested you are controlling

100 dollars. A small move in the price will result in a large profit.

Software that could help anyone profit in this market has been highly sought after for

years. It is now possible. The new software also known as an expert advisor, will start

opening and closing trades all day and night as the forex market operates 24 hours a day.

The winning formula in trading this market is just a set of equations, which a computer can

easily solve. Using mathematical principles, a high probability set of trades can be opened

and then closed for a profit daily. When a trade closes, the money is added to the account

balance.

As the account balance grows the software compounds the profit. Compounding of profits is

one of the more difficult problems to solve for the average investor. The software does this

automatically. Not losing your money is just as important as making money to a successful

investor. Account protection is always enabled which protects an investor account from an

unexpected shift.

All of this is done using a typical home computer, with a broadband connection preferably.

To get started, the investor needs only to open a forex trading account with a minimum of

$250 deposit and start the Conquest software, which costs $995.00.

13 Quick Tips for Forex Trading Success

At MarketClub we cover all major and minor Forex pairs in real-time, and their popularity is

growing by the day. Traffic to our Forex pages is almost double what it was less then two

years ago, and with all the great Forex material (including this post by Bill Poulos) I

asked Jason Gospodarek fromFastPips.com to throw his knowledge into the mix and give us

thirteen Forex tips that we ALL can use! Please enjoy the article and if you have any

additional tips we want to hear them!
===================================================================
At FastPips.com our goal is simple. We want to help you learn how to create a profitable

trading business by executing low-risk, high-reward trades in the best market conditions

possible.
#13: Back-test, but be logical. Back-testing a given strategy can prove priceless when done

correctly, but remember to take the results with a grain of salt. Be especially wary of

trade results shown on websites claiming astronomical gains since most of these results

simply are not attainable under live market conditions for many reasons.
#12: Always analyze similar pairs in the forex market before placing any trade. Similar

pairs can be defined as any tradable currency pair containing 1 of the 2 currencies you are

about to trade. For example, by looking at no less than 4 US Dollar pairs before trading,

one can determine if the pair will be moving based mostly on the US Dollar or the opposing

currency. This can easily be done with the Japanese Yen and others as well.
#11: Be wary of trade ideas coming from other individuals or groups in the many online

trading forums, blogs, or chat rooms. Only evaluate trade recommendations from trusted

parties who have a proven track record of success. Remember this is your business, and to

have a consistently profitable business, you need to execute reproducible trades based on

your own strategies and ideals. Don’t build your house on sandy soil; lay a good foundation

of continuing education and the rewards will come many times over.
#10: Longer-term charts (ie. monthly, weekly, daily) have logarithmically more importance

upon technical analysis than shorter-term charts (ie. 1 minute, 5 minute, 15 minute). For

example, a support or resistance level on a daily chart will hold much more importance than

a similar line than a 5 minute chart. Most reputable traders will recommend trading on

longer term charts, especially for those who are new to trading or have limited time to

trade due to other commitments. Find your comfort zone and stick with it until you become

consistent; even a slight edge in this market can set you free financially.
#9: Do not use any trading robots, expert advisors, or other “black box” automated trading

software until you learn how to trade on your own first. Educating yourself is the key to

success; deep roots will equal a tall tree that can weather any storm.
#8: Trade with a friend, group, partner, or mentor when you begin your journey of learning

the forex market. Many of the glamorous ideologies of forex traders showered in riches come

from high-risk, difficult to reproduce strategies. The way to often become most profitable

in this market is to have consistency, be disciplined, and to repeat this over and over and

over again. Forex trading, done properly, is not intended to be flashy.
#7: Be sure to use a forex broker with great service and support, along with low spreads.

With the recent regulations we are much more protected against possible broker-related

issues, but many traders are still paying much higher spreads than average when placing

trades. Do your research on forex brokers to analyze not only the safe, financially sound

companies, but also those that allow the lowest fees. Paying the bid/ask spread in the forex

market is just one of the costs of doing business, but with the extreme level of competition

in today’s marketplace there is no need to accept paying even 1 pip more than you should

elsewhere.
#6: Have a backup power supply and internet access available at all times when you are

trading. This can be as simple as a battery-powered laptop with a wireless access card.

Don’t rely solely on the phone number of your broker as if there is a company-related

trading issue; their lines will likely be slammed busy. Bottom line: be sure to have some

redundancy incorporated into your trading plan; treat this like a true business and it will

reward you like one.
#5: Break your trade order into 2 or 3 smaller orders to give yourself more control, both

actual and psychological. As most forex brokers do not charge commissions to trade this

market, they earn their fees through the bid/ask spread; you have no extra cost of placing 3

small orders rather than 1 single large one. Doing this allows you to place tighter stops on

some orders, while adjusting the profit taking on others. Closing part of an order will give

the same effect, but by having a few live at the same time, it is easier psychologically to

set them and let them run.
#4: Trading profit comes from 1/3 psychology, 1/3 money management, and 1/3 trading

strategy. It’s easy to get caught up in the “next best thing” or the potential of finding a

“holy grail” system, but remember that most of your profits come from learning the things

that are not quite as exciting. Trading psychology and money management are critical to any

success in the forex market; without them you will be grouped with the 95% of those who lose

their capital time and time again. Money management is the key to unleashing potential for

compounding profits; it is an absolute necessity to learn. Do your research on the most

highly coveted trading psychology texts and dig in ASAP.
#3: Be aware of world news releases. Even if you prefer to not trade news events, be certain

to know when the major events are planned to take place. As a second line of asset

protection to your business, a good live news feed is also recommended when you are trading.

Knowing what is going on in the world is one of the most critical keys to forex trading

success; without this knowledge, your chances of success are limited.
#2: Always use a well planned stop loss when placing any trade and never, ever, move it

further from your entry point for any reason. Although it is a simple rule to put on paper,

it’s often difficult to follow…always follow this rule.
#1: Always trade any new strategy in a demo account before going live in a real money

account. Many traders simply become gamblers by placing trades live without the proper

testing and education necessary to place the odds in their favor. It is also all too common

for traders to have excellent results in a demo account or with paper trading, then lose all

their capital once they go live in a real money account. Be realistic and treat your demo

trades as real funds; that is the only way for a demo account to work over time. If you

begin to have a winning pattern in the demo account, be 100% certain to follow all the rules

exactly in your live account. Often, a good transition is to begin with a demo account, then

go to a live mini or micro account where very little capital is risked before trading your

regular sized account. Many times one can make the transition in trading psychology from

demo to live when taking the added step of testing the proven system by trading very small

lot sizes first.
Although these few trading “nuggets” are only the tip of the iceberg, I hope that they can

pique your interest enough to warrant further research and attention. I wish you the best in

your trading!

HOW TO MAKE MONEY FROM FOREX

Forex trading is the exchange and trading of currency from around the around. The concepts

of Forex exchanging is the same as the stock market and is very easy to get started in.

The goal of Forex trading is simple. Trade one currency for its equivalent in another

currency. Then when its conversion rate goes up, trade it back to make more money then

before.

Money is being exchanged thousands of times everyday and people are making a lot of money

from Forex Trading. A lot of people use a broker however this is not necessary.

When trading Forex all deals are done in what is known as a cross. This is something like

GBP/USD. Meaning that all exchanges are one currency for another and no 3 currency

exchanges.

Forex trading is better then the stock market because trading can go on 24 hours a day which

allows you to make exchange decisions instantly based upon any news that could affect the

market. Trading in Forex also allows traders to make a profit off of potentially failing

markets.

For instance, one could buy a large quantity of currency that is performing poorly

world-wide. When that currency starts to rebound, and becomes worth more in comparison to

other currency, it could be sold for a huge profit margin.

So what are you waiting for? Start trading right away. Forex is really easy and the

opportunities are endless. Who would have guessed that exchanging currency could be so

profitable for the average person.

A Beginner's Firt Step In Forex Day Trading

Forex day trading is the currency trading done in a day in the forex market. It is commonly

known as forex trading. Like all day traders, forex day traders trade throughout the day.

They buy a currency when its price is low and then sell it off when its price is high. . In

the forex currency trading system one buying a currency while selling another. Forex traders

play this game daily and earn amazing profits by buying and selling these currencies. The

forex trading system is based on the simple principle that whenever a currencys worth falls,

it might be bought, but alternatively, whenever it rises, it should be sold off. One should

understand this principle before one starts using the forex trading system. Today, the forex

market is in such a state that more than three million dollars are involved in various forex

Automated FOREX trading software
Automated FOREX trading software programs are very popular right now despite the thoughts of

many that this can be a scam. We cannot blame people with this thought but it is automatic

that people are very skeptical when they hear about a money-making opportunity, as expected.

Many have proven that this works, which is why there is a tremendous increase in number of

users as of this writing.

FOREX trading software programs are apparently able to trade and make money for the users.

This allows traders to make profit without having to sit in front of the computer screen all

day. They just let the system make the trading decisions for them, freeing up the trader’s

time.

Trading robots have been very useful to most users, helping them identify trends and price

reversals long before they happen and placing trades in that direction automatically. For

you to make money from the FOREX market manually you have to monitor the market all day. A

trader has to sit in front of the computer screen for long hours. This was the exact

situation that the currency traders face in the past, but automated software robots are

going to change all that. Anyone who knows how to use the computer and follow easy plug and

play instructions can use this automated trading robot without needing any prior experience

in FOREX trading. But beware that not all these robots could really perform the way you

expect it to work. They may be designed by expert traders but in this world there is no such

thing as perfect. Even the most successful trader has his own downfalls and oh yes even the

most popular robots.

On the other hand beginners can still make money by using the knowledge of expert traders

that has been pre-programmed into the trading robot. Manual traders also have diversified to

the automated trading for easier market monitoring and analysis. Like the other inventions,

these robots have evolved into better software systems. One of the latest is the FOREX

Megadroid that is designed with an artificial intelligence technology called the RCTPA or

the Reverse Correlated Time Price Analysis that enables it to trade in a multi market

condition. Its developers Albert Perrie and John Grace passed on their 38 years of combined

experience to this software.

Other robots base its decision on the past market condition. It is true that what usually

happens in the past may happen in the future but the Foreign Exchange market condition

changes very fast therefore past data may not be sufficient to achieve a higher accuracy

rate. Megadroid claims to predict the immediate future through RCTPA. So far it has been

consistently performing well. We can’t be assured of its performance in the future, but why

not strike while the iron is hot.

Guaranteed 95.82% Accuracy, TOP Forex Automatic Trading Robot
Forex MegaDroid Indisputably Proves A Robot Can Trade With 95.82% Accuracy In EVERY SINGLE

Market Condition And At Least Quadruple Every Single Dollar You Deposit. 38 years of

combined Forex trading experience delivers Megadroid RCTPA Technology. Reverse Correlated

Time And Price Analysis (RCTPA) it’s what will take you from being an average Forex trader

to a top gun pip pulling machine.

10 Tips for your success in Forex trading

1. Implement a trading plan.

“If you fail to plan, you plan to fail”. A trading plan is especially crucial in Forex

trading to stay ‘in-control’ against the emotional stress in speculative situation.

Often, your emotions will blind and lead you to the negative sides: greed causes you to

over-ride on a win while fear causes you to cut short in your profits. Hence, a well

organized operation has to be predetermined and strictly followed.

2. Trade within your means

If you cannot afford to lose, you cannot afford to win. Losing is a not a must but it is the

natural in any trading market. Trading should be always done using excess money in your

savings.

Before you start to trade in Forex, we suggest you to put aside some of your income to set

up your own investment funds and trade only using that funds.

3. Avoid emotion trading

If you do not have a trading plan, make one. If you have a trading plan, follows it

strictly! Never ever attempt to hold your weakened position and hope the market will turn

back in your favor direction. You might end up losing all your capital if you keep holding.

Move on, stay within your trading plan, and admit your mistakes if things do not turn as you

want.

4. Ride on a win and cut your losses

Forex trader should always ride till the market turns around whenever a profit is show;

while during losing, never hesitate to admit your mistakes and exit the market. It is human

nature to stay long on loses and satisfy with small profits – this is why as we mentioned

earlier that a strictly followed trading plan is a must-have.

5. Love the trends

Trends are your friends. Although currency values fluctuate but from the big picture it

normally goes in a steady direction. If you are not sure on certain moves, the long term

trend is always your primary reference. In long run, trading with the trends improves your

odds in the Forex market.

There aren't any in the Forex market. While some firms make a lot of money selling software

that predicts the future, the reality is that if those products really worked, they wouldn't

be giving the secret away.

Trade on popular currency pairs and avoid thin market. The lack of public participation will

cause difficulties in liquidate your positions. If you are beginners, we suggest the big

five: USD/EUR, USD/JPY, USD/GBD, USD/CHF, and EUR/JPY.

needs much more than just a few guidelines or tips to be successful. Experience, knowledge,

capital, fortitude, and even some help of luck are all crucial in one’s success in the FX

market. if you lose in a trade, do not lose the experience in it. Learn from your mistakes

and regain your position in the next trade.

FREE ONLINE FOREX TRADING

Foreign Exchange Market has the potential of being extremely lucrative. One can learn to

trade by creating an online Forex Account and begin by using a learning account without real

funds. This will help you to understand the Forex trading process and how currencies are

affected by different things that are happening on a global scale. Remember, the FX market

is one that is extremely volatile and extremely hard to read sometimes, with the possibility

of more than a few hundred factors working all at one to change exchange rates and price

movements.

How You Make Money Trading Forex?

In the FX market, you buy or sell currencies. Placing a trade in the foreign exchange market

is simple: the mechanics of a trade are very similar to those found in other markets (like

the Stock Exchange), so if you have any experience in trading, you should be able to pick it

up pretty quickly.

The object of Forex trading is to exchange one currency for another in the expectation that

the price will change, so that the currency you bought will increase in value compared to

the one you sold.

Example of making money by buying euros

Trader's Action EUR USD
You purchase 10,000 euros at the EUR/USD exchange rate of 1.18 +10,000 -11,800*
Two weeks later, you exchange your 10,000 euros back into US dollars at the exchange rate of

1.2500. -10,000 +12,500**
You earn a profit of $700. 0 +700

*EUR 10,000 x 1.18 = US $11,800
** EUR 10,000 x 1.25 = US $12,500

An exchange rate is simply the ratio of one currency valued against another currency. For

example, the USD/CHF exchange rate indicates how many U.S. dollars can purchase one Swiss

franc, or how many Swiss francs you need to buy one U.S. dollar.

How do bloggers make money from blogs?

I’ve been reflecting this week about the amazing diversity of opportunities that are opening up for bloggers to make money from blogging.

I’ve long advised that bloggers seeking to make money from blogging spread their interests across multiple revenue streams so as not to put all their eggs in one basket.

The wonderful thing is that this is becoming easier and easier to do 2005 has seen many options opening up. I thought I’d take a look at some of the methods that bloggers are currently using to make money through blogs.

Income Streams for Bloggers - How to Make Money Blogging

Advertising Programs - Perhaps the most obvious changes in the past few months have been with the addition of a variety of viable advertising options for bloggers looking to make money from their blogs. The most common way bloggers seem to earn money online is via the contextual ad program from Google - Adsense. A more recent addition that many are using successfully are Chitika’s eMiniMalls and WidgetBucks, Text Link Ads.

Azoogle Ads, Intelli Txt, DoubleClick, Tribal Fusion, Adbrite, Clicksor, AdHearUs,Kanoodle, Pheedo, TextAds, Bidvertiser, Fastclick and Value Click (to name just some of the options) and there is a smorgasbord of options. Of course there is more to come withMSN Adcenter and YPN both in beta testing and with a variety of other advertising system currently in development (YPN is only available to US publishers).

Lastly there’s BlogAds - one of the first blog specific ad networks.

RSS Advertising - The past 12 months have seen some advances in RSS Advertising also. I’m yet to hear of any bloggers making big money blogging through it to this point - but as improvements are made to the ad programs exploring this I’m sure we’ll start to see examples of it being profitable.

Sponsorship - In addition to the array of advertising programs that are available to join there is a growing awareness in the business of the value and opportunity that exists for them to advertise directly on blogs. I’m hearing more and more examples of this and have been fortunately to have a couple of ad campaigns of my own in the past month - one with Adobe a couple of weeks ago and another just completed with Ricoh for a new digicam over at my Digital Camera Blog. These are not isolated cases - as I say I know of many blogs exploring sponsorship with advertisers at present and suspect we’ll see more of it in the year ahead. Sponsorship is also happening on a post by post basis with some bloggers being paid to write on certain topics by companies - either in one off or a regular fashion - and they are able to make big money from their blogs doing so.

Affiliate Programs - There are larger affiliate programs like Amazon, Linkshare,Clickbank and Commission Junction but also literally thousands of others from the large to the very small.

Digital Assets - Increasing numbers of bloggers have been developing other digital assets to support and add revenue streams to their blogs. By this I mean that I’m increasingly seeing e-books, courses and tele-seminars being run by bloggers. My recent foray into this with the first series of the six figure blogging course that Andy and I ran a few weeks ago and have just released the study version of. This type of activity will only increase in future - in fact this week I’ve seen numerous examples of bloggers running courses.

Blog Network Opportunities - with the rise in popularity of Blog Networks - bloggers are also being presented with more places to earn an income from their blogging - by writing for and with others. While it might be difficult to get a writing gig with one of the bigger networks - there are plenty who are always asking for new bloggers to join and who are willing to pay bloggers using a variety of payment models. While there are distinct advantages of blogging for yourself - blogging for an established network who will handle a lot of the set up/promotion/admin/SEO etc has it’s advantages also. More and more bloggers are combining writing for themselves on their own blogs with taking on blog network blogs as additional income streams.

Business Blog Writing Opportunities - as blogging has risen in it’s profile as a medium more and more businesses are starting blogs. Many of these companies have internal staff take on blogging duties - but an increasing number of them are hiring specialist bloggers to come on and run their blogs. I know of a number of bloggers who in the past month or two have been approached for such paid work. Check out Bloggers for Hire if you’re looking for this type of work.

Non Blogging Writing Opportunities - Also becoming more common are bloggers being hired to write in non blogging mediums. Manolo’s recent coup of a column in the Washington Post is just one example of this as bloggers are increasingly being approached to write for newspapers, magazines and other non blog websites. Along side this is the rise of bloggers as published book authors - this is to the extent that one blogger I spoke with this week complained to me that they were one of the few bloggers than they knew who didn’t have a book deal!

Donations - Tip Jars and donation buttons have been a part of blogging for years now but this last year saw a number of bloggers go full time after fund raising drives. Perhaps the most high profile of these was Jason Kottke of kottke.org who through the generosity of his readership was able to quit his job and become a full time blogger.

Flipping Blogs - Also more common in 2005 was the practice of ‘Blog Flipping’ - or selling of blogs. This has happened both on an individual blog level (I can think of about 20 blogs that sold this year) but also on a network level (the most obvious of these being the 8 figure sale of Weblogs Inc to AOL).

Merchandising - My recent attempt to sell ProBlogger.net T-shirts wasn’t a raging success, but it is an example of how an increasing number of bloggers are attempting to make a few extra dollars from their blogs by selling branded products through programs like Cafepress. While I didn’t have a lot of success with merchandising - quite a few larger blogs are seeing significant sales - especially blogs with a cult following. I’m not at liberty to discuss details - but I know of one largish blog which will see sales over $20,000 in merchandise for the calendar year of 2005.

Consulting and Speaking - While it has been popular for established consultants to add blogs to their businesses we’re also starting to see bloggers with no consulting background able to make money by charging readers for their time in consulting scenarios BECAUSE of the profile that their blogs have built them. Blogging has the ability to establish people as experts on niche topics and we all know the value of being perceived as an expert. I spoke to one blogger last month who charges himself out at over $200 an hour for speaking and consulting work - his area of expertise was something that he knew little about 18 months ago - but through his blog he’s become a leader in his field and a minor celebrity in his industry.

As time rolls on there are more and more ways that bloggers make money from their blogs opening up. Feel free to suggest your own ideas and experiences in comments below.
